In Special Reports, this week's files cover: Alien Reproduction Vehicles, Life and Death on Mars.

The purpose of these files is to report the UFO eyewitness and photo/video evidence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extraterrestrial intelligent life not only exists, but my hypothesis is that the over a thousand UFOs reported each month represent technologically advanced spacecraft conducting surveillance of Earth. I personally became interested in UFOs when London Control ordered me to intercept one over England while flying for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force investigated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we continue this research. I believe the God of the universe has spread life throughout the cosmos and UFO's are visiting us in ever-increasing numbers.

Alien Reproduction Vehicles

WASHINGTON D.C. -- Mark McCandlish gave his Disclosure Project Press Conference testimony at the National Press Club reveals data on the alien reproduction vehicles or ARVs. Mark is an accomplished aerospace illustrator and has worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the United States. His colleague, Brad Sorenson, with whom he studied, has been inside a facility at Norton Air Force Base, where he witnessed alien reproduction vehicles that were fully operational and hovering. In his testimony, you will learn that the US not only has operational antigravity propulsion devices, but we have had them for many, many years, and they have been developed through the study, in part, of extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years. In addition, we have the drawing from aerospace inventor Brad Sorenson of the devices that he saw, as well as a schematic of one of these alien reproduction vehicles — in some remarkable detail.

Well, it all started coming together when I was working at IntroVision, and John Eppolito talked about this interview that he had done with a person who had, for some reason, wound up walking up to, or near a hangar at a section of a military Air Force base. [He] had seen a flying saucer in a hangar, and then he was arrested — hauled off, blindfolded, and debriefed.

Brad Sorensen went to an air show at Norton Air Force Base on November 12, 1988, which used to be an active Air Force base right on the eastern fringe of San Bernardino in California. Brad a millionaire in his own right and was taken to huge hangar by a high ranking official and shown the Lockheed Pulsar, nicknamed the Aurora that be just about anywhere in the world 30 minutes after launch, with the capability of 121 nuclear warheads.

Behind a big black curtain were three flying saucers floating; hovering above the floor. The small saucer was about 24 feet in diameter. The next biggest one was 60 feet in diameter at the base and one twice its size. They were Alien Reproduction Vehicles hovering in the hangar with no sound. A videotape showed the smallest of the three vehicles making three little quick, hopping motions; then [it] accelerated straight up and out of sight, completely disappearing from view in just a couple of seconds — no sound, no sonic boom — nothing. They had a cut-away illustration, shown above see oxygen tanks and a little robotic arm that could extend out from the side of the vehicle for collecting samples out in space.

It had no moving parts and didn't have any exhaust gases or fuel to be expended — it was just there hovering not making any noise. He could see one of these big oxygen tanks inside about 16 to 18 inches in diameter, about 6 feet long, and they were all radially-oriented, like the spokes of a wheel. This dome that was visible on the top was actually the upper half of a big sphere-shaped crew compartment that was in the middle of the vehicle, and around the middle of this vehicle was actually a large plastic casting that had this big set of copper coils in it. He said it was about 18 inches wide at the top, and about 8 to 9 inches thick. It had maybe 15 to 20 stacked layers of copper coils inside of it.

The bottom of the vehicle was about 11 or 12 inches thick. In both cases, the coil and this large disc at the bottom were like a big plastic casting — sort of a greenish-blue, clear plastic, or it might have been glass. I determined, using my conceptual artist skills, that there were exactly 48 sections like thin slices of pizza pie, and each section within this casting probably weighed four or five tons, judging by the thickness and the diameter. It must have been monstrous in weight. It was full of half-inch-thick copper plates, and each of the 48 sections had 8 copper plates.

So, here we are back to the plate capacitors again, and the prospect of someone finding a way to use the Biefield-Brown effect — this levitation effect where you charge a capacitor to lift towards a positive plate. Now, when you've got eight plates stacked up in there, they alternate. It goes: negative positive, negative, positive, negative, positive — four times, so you ultimately wind up with the positive plates always being above a set of negative plates as you go up.

On the inside of the crew compartment was a big column that ran down through the middle, and there were four ejection seats mounted back-to-back on the upper half of this column. Then, right in the middle of the column, was a large flywheel of some kind apparently making an antigravity propulsion system.

It has a synthetic vision system so the pilot has a perfect 3-D view of the outside, but no windows. It operates with a huge Tesla coil, which is kind of like an open-air transformer. What happens is that when you pass electricity through this large diameter coil, it creates a field. You basically use that to somehow put current through these windings. Then, you step up that electricity through the secondary coil, which is on the column in the middle, and you get this extremely high voltage. You can selectively put the voltage on any of these 48 capacitor sections. Using a normal Tesla coil, and capacitors that are made up of long, thin triangles plates oriented like the spokes of a wheel, just like the field lines from that large diameter coil.

You break that disc up into 48 different sections, and then you can decide how much electricity you want to put on this side or over there on that side, so you can control the amount of electricity and the amount of thrust and vectoring in any direction. You can control where the electricity goes in those 48 different capacitors, and you have one big Tesla coil. You've got to have some kind of a rotating spark gap, just like the distributor in your car that sends the electricity out to each of those sections. Then, you have to have some way of controlling how much electricity goes to each one and the craft heads in any direction you choose. A high-voltage potentiometer, like a rheostat allows you to put progressively more electricity through the system as you push the lever. He said the whole thing would just sit there, and it would kind of rock and list, almost like a large ship at anchor. It was literally on a sea of energy. It was all linked fiber-optically. To control gravity, you reduce the mass of it.

They seem to have found a way of tapping into zero-point energy, or what keeps the electrons going around the atomic structure of everything in our universe. It keeps them energized — it keeps those little electrons spinning in their different clouds around the nucleus of every atom in our world. Well, if you have a way of interfering with that interaction, that absorption of zero-point energy by those electrons, they begin to slow down. Every atom in the universe is just like a little gyroscope: it's got all these electrons spinning around the nucleus, and they have a gyroscopic effect, which is the effect we call inertia and mass. We have one nucleus with a proton and a neutron and one electron — hydrogen — spinning around like that: not very much mass, not too much inertia. But, if you have a way of interfering with that absorption of zero-point energy so those electrons become de-energized, they begin to slow down. The effect of that inertia, that gyroscopic effect, begins to drop off, and the mass drops off too, even though the atomic structure is intact; and it's still there, but it's not as heavy. But, what if you have a system, a device that absorbs that zero - point energy and prevents it from interacting with the atomic structure of the vehicle? And at the same time, it's providing additional power to the capacitor section — this whole electrical system that is going on in the vehicle, that's running. In effect, the faster you go, the easier it becomes to go up to and exceed the speed of light.

Brad said that in this exhibit at Norton Air Force Base, a three star general said that these vehicles were capable of doing light speed or better. The largest of these vehicles was about 125 feet in diameter.

Scientist Moray B. King maintains that this energy is embedded in space-time all around us; there's enough of this electrical charge, that if you could capture all the energy that was embedded in just a cubic yard of space, you'd have enough energy to boil the oceans of the entire world. Moray B. King said, "The best way to tap that energy is by driving it out of equilibrium, send a shockwave through it, you can get force — you can get ripples through it. Then, if you have a way of collecting that energy at the other end, you have a way of tapping into it and using it.

This Alien Reproduction Vehicle has a way of doing that somehow, electronically. The central column has a vacuum chamber with mercury vapor in it that conducts electricity, but produces all kinds of ionic effects. These little molecules of mercury become charged in unusual ways, and if you fire a tremendous amount of electricity through mercury vapor there is something unusual that happens in that process.

I believe it's driving the energy in the vacuum out of equilibrium, putting some kind of a shockwave through it providing partially mass-canceled lift to the craft.

A little bit of energy in the capacitors can shoot it all over the place. It means as that system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla coil become mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor, which means the efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. Life and Death on Mars

I spoke with John Brandenburg, PhD who was kind enough to send me a copy of his new book. He has gathered scientific information, mythology, astronomy, and history in a book about the planet Mars that is so completely entertaining that the reader almost forgets the premise of the author - that everything we thought we knew about Mars is wrong. Mars was actually Earthlike for most of its geologic history and held a massive and evolving biosphere much earlier than Earth. Mars cooled and developed millions of years earlier than Earth with oceans and rivers. Mars was the wracked by a mysterious and astonishing nuclear catastrophe. We are, biologically and culturally, the children of Mars. We could even be a colony of Mars.

The new Mars synthesis goes boldly where no human has gone before.' On many pages of this book that begins with ancient Egyptian and other culture's perception of the red planet, named for Mars the God of War, and progresses in a well-written way to our current discoveries that were initiated by the investigation of a meteorite from Mars that fell into Egypt in 1928.

What makes Brandenburg's book such a fine read is the manner in which he succinctly traces the history of man from ancient days through the Cold War and the concurrent exploration of space to the photographs of the planet Mars taken by our spacecraft. In the middle of the book are beautiful color photographs of the surface of Mars and its surroundings.

But the drama of Brandenburg's book is his discussion of the nuclear catastrophe that turned the once 'earthlike' planet into a wasteland - going so far as to discuss why we earthlings are biologically and culturally the children of Mars! All of this is so well written that it reads like a novel - and makes the reader wonder if the book is based on the famous Orson Welles 1938 radio show 'The War of the Worlds' that terrified the nation. But the fanciful ideas in this book are followed by scientific data that describe findings on Mars that support Brandenburg's ideas. In the end the author emphasizes that if we are indeed the children of Mars then we should learn lessons from the past and live life more attuned to the possibilities of nuclear annihilation and take preventive measures. UFO Sightings in the United States

Alabama Tornado UFOs

Tuscaloosa -- I was on the weather channel the other day watching videos of what occurred on April 26, 2011. On one video titled "Tuscaloosa Tornado". I downloaded it to my hard drive and when playing it back I noticed some orbs at the beginning of the film and some strange red lights in the sky at the end. They last only about a second. This may of course be debris flying around but it doesn't look like debris to me. I captured two images from the video. One shows three orbs in a triangle pattern and the other which is at the end of the film shows what appears to be red or pink light or lights. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Arizona Flashing Light

Tucson -- From December 2010 to April, 2011, I was looking at the stars above the mountains and noticed one sparkling. I thought the light was a very far off plane until it flew slowly straight up I then saw another sparkling light in the same area do the same thing. I grabbed my daughter's camera and caught some pretty interesting photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Sedona -- I went to bed about 12:30 AM, April 2, 2011, and was looking at the stars through our bedroom's large plate glass window. I that noticed one "star" seemed to be flashing and moving erratically. I got up and used binoculars to view red, green, and white lights flashing in a circular pattern. It was moving erratically from south to north, rising and dipping, and zigzagging. It seemed to be relatively high and briefly disappeared behind a mountain, only to reappear and ascend even higher in the sky as it moved farther north. I observed it for about an hour. California Cylinder

On April 27, 2011, I saw a shiny star like object that looked like a flock of seagulls. Then really high up I saw the object. They were circling around a dark cigar shape object for 45 minutes. The shiny star like objects might have been seagulls but they seemed to have their own light source.

Fortuna -- They come out right when it starts to get dark around 8-9 at night, and this has been going on for over a month. Two objects trying to mimic planes with blinking red lights flew very low right over me with no sound at all. Three always show up each night southwest of me. I'm east towards the hills in Fortuna. Another one hovers west of me, and one hovers southeast of me. They all dance around and shoot out lights. Also a streak of light went right in front of me like an orb. I never have seen anything like that before. I would have thought it was a shooting star, but it was low to the ground and traveled towards the one station above. Florida Triangle

PENSACOLA -- I went outside because dog was crying and whimpering on April 19 2011, when all of a sudden things got really quiet. All nocturnal sounds quit, cricket's frogs you name it they all stopped! When I looked up I noticed stars were disappearing, and realized a big black shaped triangle was blocking out the stars. A black triangle came from the southeast was moving slowly towards me. I went inside to get my camera and my lights went out, I had to use a lighter to find camera. I got one picture but it was not too good because it was so dark. How freaking strange. I went back outside just a few mines ago because I heard two loud helicopters just flew by heading in the same direction. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Michigan Red Ball of Light

CHEBOYGAN -- It was May 1^st, 2011, after 5 am, Sunday morning and I was driving on my way home and noticed a red ball of light. About 50 feet away from it was a saucer like object with yellow, green, blue, and red lights underneath it. I just watched in amazement, not to mention I was driving and almost went off the road from gazing on this flying thing in the sky. I had never felt so excited and so frightened! Minnesota "V" Formation

Fairmont -- Saturday, April 30, 2011, about 1:15 PM, the sun shining through some clouds and my daughter and I were flying her kite on the soccer fields. I was looking up at the kite and saw six round objects in a "V" formation heading north. At first I thought they were geese, but as they flew above us they were spherical the size of a fighter jet. I was screaming to my daughter to look at them. Suddenly they dispersed in an erratic pattern and disappeared into the cloud they were near. I tried to take a photo of it with my phone but it does not take good photos. I tried to look to see if there were more of them, but there wasn't any that I could see. I am very nervous about flying in a plane this summer for our family vacation. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Montana Light

46.8796822 N 110.3625658W -- I could predict where the light would appear as I could make out the very faint red shape in the clear night sky. The light varied in brightness on April 24, 2011, and remained close or connected to the faint red shape. It looked like a full round shape. I called my wife and she also watched for over an hour. The light also gave off what I think was a static or electrical sound? Arcing" but this was not a Flash like lighting but more constant. The sky was clear with no clouds and there were other aircraft in the sky that night, but not close to the object. Thanks to MUFON CMS

New Hampshire Cigar

LITTLETON -- Around 6:30 pm my kids came running in asking for the camera because they saw a UFO so I went out without my camera to see it. When I got out there it was just flying over the house and seemed to have a black band around the middle. I am certain that it didn't have any wings. By the time I had gotten my camera it was pretty far away and hard to make it out against the hazy cloud cover. I did get two pictures. Last summer we saw exactly the same thing flying in the same direction SW to NE, but there were three of them flying close together in a straight line.

New Jersey Orange Lights

ESSEX FALLS -- I was looking out the window and noticed an airliner in the Newark airport landing pattern. My attention was drawn to two points of light that were following the airliner at a much higher altitude. As I watched the points of light, I observed them circling and disappearing, resuming straight motion, and circling each other and disappearing. A third light joined in the dance. All were fading in and out and displaying unusual changes in motion. My son Christopher joined me to watch as the points of light continued to circle, disappear, and reappear again in slightly different points in the sky. The elapsed time was about 4 minutes. Note: This area of is a hot spot for UFO sightings as many are observed flying down the Hudson River between New Jersey and New York. I feel the bright lights of the city draw these UFOs to the area. Ohio Lights

EASTLAKE -- It's not the first time someone has recorded images of something mysterious over Lake Erie, but a Northeast Ohio man says it's the first time an image is clear. Michael Lee Hill said, "It was probably one of the craziest nights of activity I've ever experienced. Hill is a self-described UFO enthusiast who just released some never-before-seen video he claims to have recorded along the lakefront. WALTON -- On February 14, 2011, I left my daughter's house at around 4:35 AM to go home to Coos Bay, Oregon. I had chosen to spend the night so that I would not have to drive on the very curvy Route 26 in the dark. I remember entering Walton and pulling over to let a log truck pass at 5:30 AM. I thought to myself that I bet everyone in Walton has been abducted at least twice and laughed. I looked left and saw a large black triangle with three white lights on each end with an extra red light several feet ahead of the lead white light on the triangle. This triangle followed along beside me moving at the same speed making no noise at all. It was traveling above pastured areas several feet from the road and homes. I remember thinking that I couldn't believe that it was so close to me and so close to homes along the road. I needed to continue driving since I had to be at work in Coos Bay by 7:30 am.

I was driving about 40 mph as the triangle followed along with me for about five minutes. At that moment the triangle's back two lights started to glow very brightly as the triangle started to slowly rise in the sky, then banked slightly to the left into a canyon when the red light at the end turned on and lit up an entire canyon in a blinding bright white light. It was so bright I was actually scared for a moment as I have never seen anything that powerful. I continued on my way as it started to downpour. I did not pass any cars or see anyone on the road as it rained all the way to Mapleton. No one was there either so I pulled over and called my daughter as I knew I had cell service now. I was so shook up that she thought at first I had hit someone. I continued to Florence where I stopped in Safeway and actually saw people! Considering this isn't the first time I've seen a triangle I can only wonder why they don't seem to be too bothered by me seeing them. I now carry a camera and binoculars in my car for the next time. Pennsylvania Red Ball

Williamsport -- It was May 1, 2011, after 5 am, Sunday morning and I was on driving home and looking up at the sky and noticed a red ball of light. I wasn't sure what it was, then about 50 feet away from it was a circle or saucer like object with four different colored lights underneath; one yellow, one green, one blue, and one red. I just watched in amazement, not to mention I was driving and almost went off the road from gazing on this flying thing in the sky. I had never felt so excited and so Frightened in all my life. Tennessee District 9 Craft

Dyer & Maury City -- I am in the Army and would like to report a UFO sighting. I saw this UFO twice in October 2009. It was in the evening after 9 PM and the sighting lasted perhaps five seconds. In Dyer there was someone with me that was also a witness and we felt it looked like the craft in the "District 9 movie. The craft passed just above tree level and was lighted so you could see full detail with a rather orange lighting that shone from several different areas that illuminated the shape of the underside. There was no sound that I could detect. I told the guys in the office at the time and have mentioned it to a few people, but have never officially reported it until now. MEMPHIS -- I was in my back yard looking at the stars rite above the mountains and I noticed one sparkling light on April 28, 2011. I thought the light was a very far off plane or chopper until it went up as far up as it did. I then saw another sparkling light in the same area as the first do the same thing. The lights were very far away so I went and grabbed my daughter's camera. I started taking video and snapshots and caught some pretty interesting photos. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Wyoming on UFO Alert Again.

F.E. WARREN AIR FORCE BASE, CHEYENNE -- On October 23, 2010, the Air Force lost contact with 50 of the minuteman missiles under their watch. These missiles represent a portion of the nuclear arsenal owned by the U.S. Robert Hastings; a UFO investigator based out of New Mexico originally believed the Air Force was telling the truth when they claimed a glitch knocked the missiles offline. Hastings has been investigating UFOs since the early 1970s. He first became interested in them while working in the Air Traffic control tower at Malstrom as a janitor when two fighter jets were launched to intercept five UFOs. By 1981 Hastings felt he had enough information that he entered the lecture circuit and began speaking at several colleges. His continued research led to the publishing of a 600 page book "UFOs and Nukes: Extraordinary Encounters at Nuclear Weapons Sites, in 2008.

Hastings received a letter from retired Air Force Launch Officer David H. Schuur telling of an incident at Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota in July 1966 when a UFO was spotted hovering over a missile site. Within moments of the SAT (Security Alert team) radioing the LCC (Launch Control Center) about the object, the missile firing sequence began. It took the launch officers inside the LCC inputting the interrupt sequence to shut it down. Hastings believes that the UFO was ascertaining what the weapons could do and how it worked.

Hastings came to the Wyoming, Nebraska in December 2010, and County Sheriff Harry Gillway told about several UFO reports. One lady says, "I saw an object flying north-to-south and then return flying north, that was with at least four lights, with black and silver corrugated metal on the underside.

Another witness about 6 AM, of December 23, 2010, was able to see a cigar shaped object with very bright lights positioned between two missile silos she lives close to. Work at the silo the UFO appeared to be most focused on has intensified. "All I can say is I hope they are friendly, if they have the technology to move like that, we don't stand a chance, she says.

On March 18, 2011, Sheriff's Deputy in Kimball on patrol near the Colorado border saw an object fly in front of his car. Hastings believes there are indeed alien life forms checking out our capabilities. He said the documentations he has received through the Freedom of Information Act indicate radar evidence of these objects moving at 1,000s of miles an hour and stopping on a dime. Hastings says the UFOs are interested in our nuclear weapons for their protection as well as ours. He said the destruction of a planet would be so catastrophic to the solar system that these beings are keeping a watchful eye on us.

"If they intended to harm us, they would have done so already, Hastings says.

Argentina UFO Over the Moon?

Calingasta -- Diana Kaziura writes, "The witness took photo of luminous circles forming a triangle on April 25, 2011. Martin Pastor as he pointed at the image that he picked up last Sunday stating, "I thought the rising moon had a strange shape to it, so I photograph it."After a while, I was able to see a triangle with three circular vertexes superimposed over the moon. As it moved away from the moon's glow, it became invisible. "It was a UFO to me," he said.

This area is no stranger to photos of strange images considered UFOs. Martin explained, "The moon was rising and began to lose shape. I realized that a luminous project passed in front of it and later disappeared." The photo shows the moment that the object is over the moon and part of its edges is hidden by the mountains.

Australia Small Orange Star

Melbourne, Victoria -- I was outside hanging the washing when as usual I looked up 8 PM, on March 16, 2011, to see if there was anything peculiar in the sky. I spotted a small orange star sized object which was moving at a fast rate. The strange thing was that it seemed to be intentionally moving around stars in the sky. Canada Sighting

ROSE VALLEY " I saw 12 to 14 stars above my house buzzing and screaming. Three flew to Goble Creek and were flying with search lights beaming. I called the sheriff who told me not to call back, that it was a helicopter and I was mistaken. I would have videotaped, but they looked just like stars from a far. They made a weird noise and I got my gun just in case. They lit up the ground and made a sonic boom three times and disappeared. The craft left a strong sulfur smell and heated outside up the air. I think they were taking boulders from the creek. I'm 87 years old and never seen this before. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Ireland Tracking UFO's

Ansbro has recently set up the Kingsland Observatory, near Boyle in County Roscommon, for studies in the optical search for near-Earth extraterrestrial probes. These include those whose trajectories are predicted by T. Roy Dutton's astronautical theory. The Kingland equipment includes reflectors of five, sixteen and thirty-six inches, with specialized CCD cameras.

Ansbro has over 30 years experience in science and engineering, including astronomy, meteorology, and industrial optics. He is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society and a past Vice President of the International Union of Amateur Astronomers. His scientific accomplishments include discoveries of a hydrogen envelope around the rings of Saturn (1974), a moonquake (1975), and a nova (1976). In 1981 he founded Optiglas Ireland Ltd., which developed and manufactured advanced optical systems that were exported to 15 countries. He has written and published over 40 articles and papers about astronomy and space.¹

UK " UFOs at Royal Wedding

LONDON --Viewing this photograph, my attention was drawn to some people in the crowd. Their attention should have been drawn to the Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge but some seem to be taking photos/filming obviously away and up from the location of the Prince and Duchess. Not a normal behavior considering the event and the proximity of the carriages to these people. What are they witnessing? Wedding crashers??

Zoom in to where the Prince is at, then scan to the right area and look at the crowd. Many aren't looking in the direction of the Prince and Duchess but obviously something else has their attention and their gaze had me searching above the tree line and I saw an anomaly and looking further found two more anomalies.

The darkest of the three seem disc shape but it could well be a fighter type plane on an angle, however, the problem I have with the plane is I doubt any would be permitted to fly during the horse drawn carriages, especially not a jet engine.

Given the distance, could they be birds? It seems unlikely to me but perhaps not impossible? In need of further investigation! Film footage analysis of this time frame and hopefully able to come to a definite conclusion on what these are by the MUFON investigators; hence my post.

Note: I expected UFOs to be present at the wedding because they tend to be at important events such as the Japanese Earthquake. Recently they have been spotted at air shows and by RAF aircraft.
