Cooperation Between Humans and Aliens?

Stories about human-alien cooperation are beginning to be heard with increasing regularity, and some contain a ring of truth. Writing in the February/March 1994 issue of UFO Library (11684 Ventura Blvd., #708, Studio City, CA 91604), Brian Grish had this story to tell concerning an interview that he and George Knapp had during their 1993 research trip to Russia:

"One interview brought us face-to-face with an architect of the Soviet SDI program, a highly regarded scientist whose identity cannot be publicized. When questioned about whether the UFO phenomenon was real, he quickly responded, "My colleagues and I don't think that's a question. Of course they are real." The exchange of information between aliens and humans, the scientist claims, has led to the development of the "weapon of the aliens," the plasma beam, which was incorporated into SDI. He confirmed Russian awareness as early as 1959 that UFOs were from somewhere else. The Americans knew too, he said, because both sides had the same type of satellite defense warning system."
